The Meadow is situated on Western Road Hove by Palmeira Square adjacent to the famous Clock Gardens. Enjoy a meal in elegant surroundings with a convivial neighbourhood atmosphere or relax with a selection of specialist drinks and light snacks in the bar.

British cuisine is at the forefront of our menu, influenced by classic French and Italian techniques, with all dishes produced on the premises. Seasonal ingredients are sourced directly from small farms and the best quality producers in the country with the menu featuring some of the finest rare breed British meats available, such as the Longhorn cow, Gloucester Old Spot and Middle White pigs as well as fish sourced from the local coastline.

The Brighton restaurant is the first venture of Sussex born chef/proprietor Will Murgatroyd.
