We opened The Meadow doors in spring 2007, situated in a stylish former banking hall, minutes from Hove seafront, the restaurant is a serene haven for British food at its best.
With Head Chef Will Murgatroyd (formerly trained under Marcus Wareing at Petrus), and a dedicated team we wanted to rekindle the use of
seasonal ingredients in our cooking. We have carefully sourced, where possible, the finest local ingredients from Sussex and Kent’s farms and producers. Our aim is to offer a simple and honest approach to food allowing us to maintain the integrity of these fantastic ingredients.
The Meadow offers an informal dining experience set in modern, relaxing surroundings for lunch, dinner or a lazy Saturday brunch.
Our onsite Farmshop & Traiteur also offers many of the local ingredients & produce used in the restaurant.
