Huntsham Farm: Finest Lamb, Beef and rare breed middle white Pork. Owned and run by Richard Vaughan and his wife, Rosamund. Huntsham Farm specialises in producing the finest meat from rare pedigree animals. A supplier to top London restaurants.

Natural Farms: Specialist meats. Based down the road in Ewhurst Green, Natural Farms established in 1987 provides us with great quality locally sourced meats. They pay particular attention to the animal’s welfare.

Court Gardens Farm: Lamb. Based just outside Brighton, in Ditchling, the farm provides us with the best local lamb reared on wild flowers and natural pastures.

Richard Woodall: Cured Meats & hams. Currently run by 7th and 8th generation family member the company is renowned for its traditionally cured hams, bacon & sausages.

Portland Shellfish: Shellfish. In our opinion the best supplier of shellfish in the UK. Superior shellfish from hand dived scallops to Dorset crab.
Morghew Park Estate: Potatoes. 70 acres of potato are grown at the estate in Tenterden, Kent. Our friends at Morghew provide us with a multitude of potatos from the exotic Pink Fur Apple to Salad Blues.

Northiam Dairy: Creams & milk. Dairy farming at its best situated in Rye, East Sussex. Run by fourth generation farmer, Rupert Cyster. His land has been organic for 5 years and the herd was certified organic in 2004. The farm produces a range of fresh & cultured dairy products, including milk, cream, yoghurts & crème fraiche.
Watts Farm: Salad, cress, herbs. Michael & Avril Gray specialise in the best quality of salads and herbs in the UK growing season. Conveniently for us located in Kent they supply across the UK.

Chegworth Valley: Pressed fruit juices. Pressed in small batches, Chegworth Valley Juices are a range of 100% pure English apple juices also blended with a selection of pears, raspberries, strawberries, beetroot, rhubarb, blackcurrants and blackberries. These are available to buy in our farms shop.

Allen Farm: Cobnuts. The King of nuts, especially cobnuts when in season from August to October. Part of the hazelnut family the cobnut texture and density develops throughout the season making it versatile in our dishes.

Mr & Mrs Murgatroyd: Seasonal fruits, vegetables & flowers. Chef/proprietor Will’s parent’s started out with a fruit & vegetable patch purely for their home but with an abundance of produce they are now suppling seasonal fruits, vegetables and edible flowers to the restaurant.
The Old Forge: Restaurant & Wine supplier. Situated in Storrington, West Sussex our good friends Cathy & Clive Roberts have just celebrated the restaurant's 20th year. The Old Forge offers a restaurant, fantastic deli and World of Wines which supplies us for our wine list.
